MEETING PRE-REGISTRATION
Members are notified of the dates and location of each meeting and should email the completed Pre-Regisration Form acknowledging who will attend from their institution. The pre-registration fee is $75 for each representative attending. This fee helps TCFS pay for much of the associated costs of hosting the event.

DUES
The annual membership fee entitles each faculty governance organization to two voting representatives at the spring and fall meetings, but there is no limit to the number of representatives who may attend from any given institution. Dues are based on the school year budget. Each institution received an invoice at the start of the academic year. Payment may be made by check or through PayPal.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
There are two types of fees collected by TCFS:
- Annual dues of four hundred dollars ($400) per academic year.
- Pre-registration fee for each of the meetings of the organization. This fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per attendee.

- If paying annual dues using the QR Code, please identify the instituion in the payment notes.
- If paying the pre-registration fee using the QR Code, please identify the instituion and the names of the attendees in the payment notes. E.g., University of Houston; Wynne Chin, Susie Gronseth, and Holley Love.
